Paper(less) Space 2020 is Deakin University’s School of Architecture and Built Environment’s annual student exhibition showcasing outstanding work from architecture, construction management, landscape architecture and planning students, at both an undergraduate and masters degree level to which it seems the future has come early this year.

Plotting is done full size in paper space. Objects drawn full size in model space are scaled down using viewports with scale factors assigned to reduce the size of model space objects so they 'fit' the paper space drawing. The virtual opening on Tuesday 15th December at 5.30pm will feature keynote speakers James Loder (of internationally renowned John Wardle Architects), John Rollo (Deakin University Senior Lecturer) and Saifuddin Bin Ahmad (Deakin University’s 2020 Alumnus of the Year).

Following formalities, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the virtual environment at their leisure.
